DINNER FOR TWO

Celebrate Valentine’s Day at Toro Snowmass with a boldly indulgent prix-fixe dinner designed for sharing and discovery. The evening begins with house-baked focaccia and caviar blinis, followed by vibrant first courses like lobster wonton tacos or Toro’s signature Angry Tuna Roll. Guests then choose refined second courses and elevated mains—from a prime dry-aged New York strip with bone marrow butter to Zarandeado-style catch of the day or creative vegetable pinchos—paired with shared sides that bring Latin flavor and flair to the table. To finish, couples select one dessert to share, choosing between rich Oaxacan chocolate fudge or a layered fresas con crema crêpe cake. The experience includes a half bottle of Veuve Clicquot Brut Yellow Label Champagne per couple.
